PSD is a image format: it preserves non-destructive editing layers, masks, adjustment layers, and smart objects in a proprietary Adobe format. ODS is a spreadsheet format that stores data in the ODS format. This conversion changes the file's encoding, compression method, and supported feature set. Metadata such as creation date and embedded colour profiles is preserved where the target format supports it.
