3. User Account

4. File Storage and Deletion

We automatically delete all uploaded and converted files within 24 hours. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your files. It is your responsibility to download and save converted files promptly.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, convert, or share files that:

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Are illegal, offensive, or violate any laws
• Contain personal data without proper authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1converter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 1converter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
