Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) stores shapes, paths, and text as XML vector coordinates that scale to any resolution without quality loss. DDS file (DDS) stores data in the DDS format. This conversion changes the file's encoding, compression method, and supported feature set. Metadata such as creation date and embedded colour profiles is preserved where the target format supports it.
